For Advisors
Add a robotics practice to your business. Skip becoming a robotics expert.
Your clients are asking about automation. Robotics SD gives you the supplier portfolio, the engineers, and the deal support to answer them, and pays you commissions on every deployment. Free to join, built to stack with the TSD relationships you already have.
What you get
Everything a robotics practice needs, except the overhead.
Supplier portfolio access
One agreement opens a vetted portfolio of robot manufacturers, RaaS providers, software platforms, and deployment integrators.
Pre-sales engineering support
Our robotics engineers scope the site, qualify the fit, and sit beside you on every technical call. You never have to be the expert.
Deal registration and protection
Register an opportunity and it is yours. Your client, your deal, your commission, on record from day one.
Commission tracking
See every registered deal, its stage, and the commissions it generates in one place.
Training and enablement
Category briefings, use-case playbooks, and talk tracks that make the automation conversation easy to open.
And the playbook
Nine industries of use cases, mapped to the conversations you are already having.
Who it is for
If clients trust you with technology decisions, you qualify.
Technology Advisors
You already run this exact model through a TSD. Robotics SD is the same motion in a category your TSD does not carry, and it stacks alongside those relationships.
Consultants
Your clients pay you for judgment. When automation comes up, deal registration turns that judgment into revenue, at no cost to the client.
MSPs
You see your clients' operations from the inside: the unfilled shifts, the growth plans, the pressure. You are positioned to spot automation opportunities before anyone else.
VARs
You already move hardware with services attached. Robotics adds a commission line to accounts you have spent years building.
System Integrators
Deployments need network, power, and systems integration anyway. Partner on the robotics layer and earn on the whole deployment.
The commission model
You bring the deal. We pay your commission.
In the TSD world, an advisor who places a client's phone system or cloud contract earns a commission through the distributor: the supplier pays the TSD, and the TSD pays the advisor. That is why the advisor model works: the advice stays free for the business, and the advisor gets paid for the outcome it produces.
Robotics used to be a one-time capital sale, which is why no channel like this existed. Robots-as-a-Service changed that. When a warehouse leases its robot fleet, or a restaurant subscribes to its server robots, robotics buys like every other technology the channel already sells.
Robotics SD works the same way. The supplier pays us on the deployment you registered, and we pay your commission. The client pays nothing for your advice, you never invoice anyone, and every new deployment adds to your book.
How the commission works
- Starts when the customer starts paying the supplier.
- The supplier pays Robotics SD, and Robotics SD pays you.
- Mapped to you through deal registration.
- Stacks: every registered deployment adds to your book.
How it works
From first conversation to commission.
Step 01
Apply and onboard
Sign up free. We walk you through the supplier portfolio and the use cases that fit your client base.
Step 02
Open the conversation
Ask your clients where they cannot hire. Our playbooks give you the questions for each industry.
Step 03
Register the deal
File the opportunity. It is protected as yours, and our engineers pick it up with you.
Step 04
We run the sale together
We match the right supplier, scope the deployment, and support the close. The supplier bills the client directly.
Step 05
Earn your commission
The supplier pays Robotics SD, and Robotics SD pays your commission on the deployment. You never invoice anyone.
FAQ
The questions every advisor asks first.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Advisors never pay Robotics SD. Suppliers fund the channel, exactly as they do in the TSD model. There are no quotas and no exclusivity requirements.
Do I need robotics expertise?
No. Our pre-sales engineers handle site assessment, solution design, and technical questions. Your job is the one you already do: knowing your clients and spotting the pain worth solving.
Who bills the client?
The supplier bills the client directly. You never invoice, never carry inventory, and never own a support contract. Your advice costs your client nothing.
When do commissions start?
When the customer starts paying the supplier. The supplier pays Robotics SD, and Robotics SD pays you, so you never invoice anyone.
Can I keep my existing TSD relationships?
Yes. Robotics SD is not a TSD competitor. We cover the robotics category that TSDs do not carry, so most of our advisors keep selling telecom, cloud, and software through their existing TSD exactly as before.
What kinds of clients are a fit?
Any business that struggles to hire for physical work: warehouses, manufacturers, cleaning and facilities contractors, restaurants and hotels, hospitals, growers, retailers, and infrastructure operators. If a client complains about staffing, there is probably a robot for the job.
How is the deal protected as mine?
Deal registration records the opportunity against your name before any supplier is engaged. The supplier sees the deal because you brought it, and the commission maps to you.
